The Villa Del Sol is a desert-inspired retreat designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living and relaxed resort comfort. Drawing from classic Spanish and Southwest architecture, the home features warm stucco walls, clay tile roofs, shaded courtyards, and deep covered patios that respond naturally to the desert climate.


The layout wraps around a private courtyard pool, placing sheltered outdoor living at the heart of the home. Large windows and sliding glass doors frame mountain views while connecting interior spaces to patios, terraces, and breezeways. A detached ADU provides flexible space for guests, extended family, or long-term stays while maintaining privacy from the main residence. A rooftop deck offers elevated views of the surrounding desert landscape.
